  2. COOKING TEMP:       PORTION: 1/2 CP
  3. COOKING TIME:       COOKING PAN: SALAD BOWL

  5. INGREDIENTS             AMOUNTS        PROCEDURES

  7. | Vinegar red wine      : 3 Tb         1. Combine vinegar, garlic, salt,
  8. | Garlic minced         : 1/4 ts          pepper and oil.
  9. | Salt                  : 1/4 ts       2. Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
  10. | Pepper black          :   dash       3. Cut mozzarella into 1/2 inch cubes.
  11. | Oil                   : 3 Tb         4. Add tomatoes, cheese, onions and
  12. | Tomatoes cherry       : 1 1/2 cp        basil to vinegar-oil mix. Toss
